Carl is willing to meet with you to listen to your financial problem and understand what you need to overcome your situation. Together, Carl and yourself will create a well thought-out plan to get you out of debt and rebuild your life.

Karen Adler
CIRP, Licensed Insolvency Trustee
Karen Adler began practicing in consumer insolvency in 2002, after ten years in the fields of education and software training. She joined Rumanek & Company Ltd. as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee in 2009.
“I have often observed how debt can affect marriages and family relationships, cause physical and emotional stress, and hurt job performance. Each person’s situation is so unique, and I do my best to make sure that those who need debt relief not only have a clear understanding of their options, but also feel respected and understood. It’s so rewarding to hear people say ‘I wish I had done this years ago. Thank you!’”
Karen is a member of the boards of the Ontario network of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), and the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). She is a frequent attendee at Toronto’s bankruptcy court in Ontario, and is a regular contributor to the Toronto Insolvency Community newsletter. Karen has provided educational seminars on bankruptcy for the Problem Gambling Institute of Ontario at CAMH, and has delivered presentations at a number of events for the Toronto, Ontario area insolvency community.
