  Filing Clerk Job
 

The location of this job with be at our trustee in bankruptcies head office, 1280 Finch Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Position Responsibilities

  • Filing
  • Provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Support staff in assigned project based work
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Must be a strong team player
