Carl Rumanek, President, CA*CIRP, Trustee in Bankruptcy Carl Rumanek is the founder and president of Rumanek & Company Ltd. In 1967 Carl became a Chartered Accountant and practiced for 16 years before becoming interested in the insolvency field. In 1983, he began providing insolvency services and became more and more aware of the personal and emotional toll of debt. He holds a BIA Insolvency Counsellor's Qualification and is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and Administrator of Proposals. Carl suspected that many of his clients were suffering from what he called “debt stress”. All aspects of their lives were being affected: family, work, and social life. Prior to initial consultations, people felt desperate because they believed there was no hope. Carl believes that each case is different and that a person needs a chance to talk and be heard in a supportive, confidential environment. He listens and provides professional, legal and attainable solutions. Carl will support and guide you on your road to debt freedom.

Jordan Rumanek, Vice President, B. Comm., CIRP, Trustee in Bankruptcy Jordan is the vice president of Rumanek & Company Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a BIA Insolvency Counsellor's Qualification and is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and Administrator of Proposals. Jordan has significant experience solving personal debt issues. He has extensive experience in the legal side of debt crisis and he provides each client with a clear understanding of the process, options and possible outcomes. Jordan listens to the specifics of each financial problem and offers solutions. Jordan believes that every debt crisis has its answer.
